He had his first career start last Tuesday. This is his second. If he keeps pitching this way, I can’t imagine him not moving to the weekend. I don’t know much about their staff though.

If it was a constant thing, then it's a concern. This team has done a damn good job of getting hits, or moving runners over. Hell, you even admitted it. You don't know much about baseball if you expect it EVERY SINGLE TIME.

He’s good enough to start on the weekend for just about anyone if he throws like he did tonight.
