Libraries provide so many resources it would make your head spin. Your local library probably does a lot more than it gets credit for. Yes, libraries are absolutely necessary.

yeah, want to really be pissed? Look at your tax dollars that are going to pay for sport at ULaLa and other state schools. That needs to stop. If you can't afford to pay for D1, get out.

Those donors wanted the facilities upgraded. They didn’t donate monies to go to the library, that would be fixed if LSU leadership wasnt mismanaging the monies they get yearly.
How can by you fix corruption? By throwing more money at it? No you fix that problem by changing leadership and bringing in competent people.
No one has a right to tell people how to be generous with their own money.

They increase tuition and fees relentlessly, and they still don’t have enough money. Why??? Is it because of some decision by the taf (which has absolutely no part in this)? Or is it the terrible spending habits by the university, so now instead of fixing the issues they have caused, they want a bailout. No..... fix the damn problems.
