I know he’s on punt returns and is lined up in the offense but why haven’t we used him?

I thought he was the next coming too Jesus and was going to have over 1000 yds receiving? WTF are we doing on offense?

Because our HC and OC dont know how to utilize good weapons in space.

ETA: I find it funny how Aranda puts players in great positions to make plays but the Offense can't do that. Look at Jacoby Stevens. Hell we were ready to write him off as a bust but boom Aranda has made him look like every bit of the hype that he came to college with instead of trying to mold him into something he isn't (a fricking half back)

ETA 2: Well I don't find it funny because Aranda is actually a good coach.

He’s a slot receiver.

SE using the Cam route tree.

We do not have an offensive scheme to get the ball into our play makers hands

Regrettaby, this is true. Wish I was a reporter and Giles would give mean interview. He must be very frustrated and would be aware of the dysfunction.

Maybe he's just not that good?

or maybe our staff has zero idea how to use players/matchups?

Or maybe he can only get open when there are 5 players running routes in space and since we can only run 2 player routes, he's locked up?

It’s the mental ability of the offensive coaching staff. They don’t have the IQ to recognize and create mismatches so they just run into the strength of a defense. Sure that works for teams like the Lions that you can out-talent but E and O need to have the metal awareness to recognize and create mismatches against teams with equal or better talent to be productive.

You see what smart coaching does on our defense. Aranda has tremendous creativity, makes timely adjustments and puts his kids in the correct positions to make plays.

I sure wish our offensive coaching could mirror our defensive coaching. I just don’t believe the mental capabilities are there.

I just don't think he's that good, or nothing near what the coaches were pumping him up to be.

He's a guy that thrived in a system and it doesn't seem like he's that great out of it.

At the moment, Burrow still has the ball in his hand.

Is that why the other team kept the ball for 35 minutes last night?

Yeah, and all those points they gave up while the offense was going 3-and-out...

I’m gonna have to...disagree with you here. He lucked up on that scoop and return, but has not been very impressive overall imo. Not yet, anyway.
