Can someone explain how this is the first AP top 10 win

They are saying its the first non conference win vs an AP top 10. What about Oregon in 2011? werent they 3rd?

They haven't even played a top 10 non conference game in a true road game since probably 2002.

The 1998 loss at #10 ND, 39-36, was the last top 10 opponent I found that we played at their house.

I just Wish they would mention all the big neutral site wins after they give this stat.

Not the first AP top 10 win period. It's the first AP Top 10 win on the road in an opponent's stadium in the month of September in the 21st Century when Venus and Mars appear in the western horizon after midnight.
