Can our fanbase stop crapping on Coach O?

Good God, the amount of people I have seen with legitimate hatred of the guy is astounding.
He has done nothing but put his heart and soul into this thing and give it his best shot. Has he earned the job? No, I wouldn't say so, but the guy came in mid-season to a dumpster fire and at least brought some energy and enthusiasm into what was a lost season.
Coach loves LSU, and deserves the respect of fans. I don't see any reason to start 1000 threads deriding him and some literally celebrating his demise.

I love having coach O but only as a D-line coach. You O pumpers brought it on with you constant pumping for him to get the HC gig because he talks like a Cajun. He has no real qualifications for the HC job. Like I said, I love that we have him as a D line coach and as a recruiter. Probably a hell of a good guy but you idiots that want him as a HC need to GTFO

Just like with Miles, not wanting him as your coach doesn't mean there is "legitimate hatred of the guy." Stop being so sensitive and chill the frick out. I haven't seen anyone post anything HATEFUL about Coach O, the man. All I've seen is people say he wouldn't make a good permanent head coach at LSU and give examples why. How in the almighty frick is that considered "legitimate hate?" Some of you are fragile as shite.

Zero hate. However was I let down by him? yes. I was on the bandwagon that he was getting the job done and doing it well. Even with a loss to Bama, I gave him a pass on because we lost well and did an overall good job at containing them. But this was pitiful. From the pregame idiocy, to putting in Fournette even though it was obvious he couldn't make any cuts and it hurt him more. I don't hate them for it. I'm disappointed in myself for believing the hype. Now I just want LSU to be great again and that won't happen until we clean house completely. (Aranda not included)

Look, O isn't my 1st choice, or 2nd, or 3rd, but I'd take him over Larry Freaking Fedora. Provided he gets a proven OC (Kiffin/Riley/etc).

Well let me explain it to you. The LSU administration must hear the voice of the disgruntled fans who long for a better coach than what Coach O is. Yes, he gets a cookie for stepping up and giving it his all, but its still necessary for fans to be heard showing displeasure that this will not be an acceptable long term move for our university.
