Alright troll. LSU is the #2 rated offense in the country.

Wait wait wait…saw this while on the lake today and didn’t have time to validate ….phuck Bama and Vandy…back to our teams next game…I wanted to believe your post that got so many upvotes but a look at NCAA FBS team stats LSU isn’t in the top 10 of any stats…

Team offense we are 22nd
Scoring offense we are 36th

What am I missing or are you just full of shite?

SP+

LSU currently has the 2nd best offense and 55th best defense in the country in SP+, which is a measure of the most sustainable and predictable aspects of football.

But even in your rankings, is 22nd a poor ranking? lol

Have a downvote

LSU will have absolutely no problem scoring on ANYBODY

Offense is not our issue. Ole Miss will easily drop 50 on us, we’ll have to score 51 to win.

I don’t really like our chances. I just don’t think we’re a very good team this year. People have forgotten the USCe game already, but I’m afraid they’ll be quickly reminded Saturday about how much needs to be done for next year.

While our defense has shown some improvement it has been on the line and linebackers. Unless our db coaches can come up with a scheme to help our dbs we will be unable to score as readily as ole miss. Some of our starting dbs were highly recruited and well regarded coming out of high school and it really doesn’t make sense but this season is on them. The offense can score enough to win against anyone. So far our db’s (corners safeties and star) look as bad as any in college football. It looks like we have some committed to us that may not have to wait to play next year. Because of his recruiting I would keep Corey Raymond for recruiting but he isn’t doing much with what he has. It leads me to believe we don’t have the talent presently to play SEC ball.

This is my concern as well. Will Alexander play? I think it helps if he does. I still have concerns with Burns and Sage Ryan....I'm at the point where I think even with the inexperience we are better served going with youth out there.

But make no mistake we will score. I see a lot of folks comparing our game vs. SC with Ole Miss's. First of all, if one does not know the folly of comparative scores I can give you 10 examples this year of such folly.

But we scored 36 points on SC's defense and honestly should have scored a couple of more times. Ole Piss scored 27 and SC greatly helped them with two early turnovers right off the bat. Ole Piss has not seen an offense nearly as good as ours, not even close.

If we can get them off the field a couple of times and cause a turnover or two, which I think we can and will, we have a very good shot, not just a punchers chance.

Just rinse and repeat what Vandy did to the Tide.

Our dbs are likely not as good as Vandys. It’s not just Sage and Ryan. Stamps never turns around to look for a ball, ever. He gets beat and tries to strip when he believes the ball will get there. It occasionally works out but just often the wr catches it or receives a penalty

Need to execute in the redzone. I have a good feeling we will be able to move the ball very efficiently but we just need to capitalize on the redzone opportunities.
