Can LSU lose and make it to the NC game?

We have 5 undefeated at the moment
(1) LSU (2) Bama (3) Stanford (4) Ok.State (5) Boise State.
Out of which I do not think Boise State makes it.
Oregon beats Stanford. Oklahoma beats Ok. State.
That leaves us with us being the best one loss team in the country based on our body of work all season long. After all we lost to the number 1 team on the road.

No, but we can LOSE and still make it in certain scenarios.

The loss can't be to Bama or Arkansas

Yes, but a few things have to happen, including:
1. OU has to lose to either (TxAm, Baylor, or IowaSt), then beat OkSt
--- The Big 12 champ will likely need to have 2 losses for LSU to pass them up, IMO
2. Oregon has to beat Stanford
3. Boise St needs to struggle, not lose, but look bad.
4. LSU needs to lose by a TD or less in a great, competitive game.
--- Preferably with a highly questionable penalty call that nobody agrees with, that may or may not have cost us a chance to win.

yes
lsu lose by 3 or less
Okla lose to aTm
okla beat ok st by 10 or more
oregon beat stanford
bsu play a few close games win by 14 or less.
the loser of the ala/lsu game will probably be ranked #5 in next weeks BCS polls behind stanford, Ok st, and BSU (assuming they win). If alabama loses they could possibly be ranked #6 behind oregon but thats highly unlikly.

What is this 'lose' of which you speak?

No way OU is a factor, no way!! If Okie St and Stanford lose, then there will be some legitimate debates going on....take out the SEC factor, so far it is obvious who the 2 best teams are....I have faith the voters would do the right thing

Losing is not an Option to this team.

IF:
LSU loses becomes highest ranked 1 loss team.
Okla.St. loses to OU.
Stanford loses to Oregon.
ALA loses SEC Championship game.
LSU vs Boise St. for BCS NC

If we lose, god willing, there's 98% chance I'd jizz my trousers if we had a NC rematch. However, I'd prefer not having to endure that stress in the coming months. This week has gone fast, one more to go ladies and gentlemen!

If u don't win your conference, much less your own division, you don't deserve to play for a nc.

Not if means a rematch.
A rematch shouldn't occur. PERIOD.
If Bama, Okie State and Stunford all lose then we could get possibly get another shot assuming we win out impressively.
This is an elimination game.

I have been going over scenarios and a rematch is plausible. If Bama or LSU loses, Stanford , Okie St and Oregon have one loss, Boise State may not have enough to get into BCSNC Game. Similar scenario with 2007 with LSU being ranked higher than a Va Tech team they blew out early in year like one loss Oregon. LSU or Bama must be an epic battle and an instant classic. This game has been raised to the most important regular season game since 1971. With the one loss teams that may be unimpressive a Bama v LSU rematch may well happen.
