If the person is still defending themselves that move normally ends with a knock out or person saying they had.enough. its when you repeatidly hit a knocked out person where law really comes into.play because.you are no longer defending yourself. It's very similar to gun laws when you shoot someone. It.really isn't that hard of a.concept ....I nvermind said.he.didn't deserve an.arse.whipping but when you go to far cane get.pissed at the.law

I also think it makes a difference if this was a lumberjack match, No DQ, etc... we will never know what was agreed to.

If there is an arrest by either party, what will be the outcome? Arrested and back out the same day? A fine? Medical bills taken care of if it is a football player arrested? Then what? All of this for something that will not matter come a few months.

Ever heard the saying "you get what you deserve"? I personally think he deserves another arse kicking. Did the kick cause any injuries? If so what in particular since he had already received a beat down.

It doesn't work like that. I think they will all end up with charges.

What injuries did he sustain from the kick and which ones were caused when he was on his feet?

Since the douchebag was out last night I am thinking his injuries aren't bad.

If he was on the ground knocked out I am guessing it was a punch that caused his damage and not a kick.

But its still against the law to beat on a knocked out person...even if no more big damage was done...why are you struggling with that?

Isn't it against the law to beat on a conscious person also? Isn't fighting illegal?

Yep, but it's different. That is why they have different charges for different circumstances.
