If so, just wondering why no one has.

No, those are champions club seats.

Damn, it’d be nice if they made an exception since attendance is so low in this situation

Common sense is illegal for Alex Box ticket marshals. Always been like that

Did that during our last regional against Oregon St. it was after a 3-4 hr weather delay though

The purple seats are champions club. They have a different seat entrance and they check.
The gold seats it kind of depends on what marshal is there. Most of them check and won’t let people down there. Some of them get off on telling people no.
The green chair backs they only really check for big games (there are regularly people in our seats so they don’t check that well).

Anyone that wants to pay an extra 2 bucks can get entered into a raffle after the 2nd inning for open seats down there
Profit

We were out in 127 vs N Alabama and a friend text us and said we could move into their 214 seats if we wanted to.
Usher wouldn’t let us until I had my buddy text me the ticket.

Kinda dumb but it depends on the "security". Last night my daughter and myself sat in the gold seats after I was standing around watching the girls game. The lady checking seats said two people she knew had just left and we could sit there.
