It isn't true though. Miles had three straight seasons of not winning 10 regular season games and 4 of winning 10 games total or fewer and wasn't fired until 1/4 of the way through the next season.

The only coach fired for other than multiple losing seasons in the past 50 years is also the coach with the most 10-win seasons by a long shot and the only one with more half his seasons as 10-win seasons.

No coach at LSU has ever been fired for winning 10 games a year. It's just a dumb, false statement.
