Can’t really ask for a better spot if you’re getting picked late.

That’s a hell of a spot for him. Awesome. Bench scoring, not too much pressure. Will get tons of playoff experience out the gate.

Sucks to fall a little, but he’s on a legit team. That’s awesome for him.

How much will he play? How much will he even touch the ball on that team?

Great spot for him! He will absolutely fill it up on this team. I love it. You have to know that them keeping those 3 in one spot is not likely long term. He will get a chance to start.

He will come off the bench at worst by mid year and have plenty of chances with all the attention on the others:

He will be first off the bench I bet. That’s perfect for him. He always starts strong

The stars on Brooklyn are always hurt or “resting”. He’ll probably get plenty of PT during the regular season.

He could settle into a jamal Crawford "scorer off the bench" role for a nice long career

You know Coach Wade is happy!

Good recruiting tool having a 1st round pick

Should be a match made in heaven with 3 guys who need the ball and are 10 times better. It'll be the first time in his life where he actually has to pass the ball. Or not, and watch KD and Hardin have him put on the end of the bench.
