The coaching fraternity is a tight nit group so you know 0 pulled a classless stunt when other coaches around the country came out and said shame on Orgeron for what he did to Canada.
Yet it is May 22, and Canada is still unemployed since January.

That happens sometimes. Hell, o sat around unemployed (after quitting on his USC team in December 2013) for a year himself before Miles threw him a lifeline.

Yep.
Funny how that's just "forgotten" now.

Hi birdman. Yes it is funny. I've had a few interactions in the past where someone will run down some of the players that transfer out of the program, and when I've reminded them that o himself quit the football program back in the late seventies, it gets so quiet you can hear a pin drop.

I've received a number of downvotes with those posts though.

Oh you know now, can't post those sort of things!

Hope all is well.

Yeah, but that tight-knit coaching community... no love from them for Canada? That kind of love with a $ in front of it?

What does Matt Canada have to do with anything regarding Joe Burrow?

You do know he turned down multiple offers don’t you? But don’t let facts get in the way of a good narrative. Anyway thanks for proving my point about the double standards, appreciate it.

No it doesnt happen sometimes...if you're viewed as an extremely valuable commodity and not a diva/malcontent.

Hi Red.
Sure it does. Miles, Jim Mora Jr., Todd Graham, Rich Rodriguez, Bobby Petrino and Ed Orgeron come to mind just off the top of my head as coaches who sat out at least one full season before getting new jobs.
Of course someone like Saban, Meyer Fisher and a few more are viewed differently than most other coaches.

Long Time Lurking and figured after this amazing weekend this would be a nice bump. Its amazing all the conviction in this thread!

In the '19 season, Burrow will have 3500+ yards passing and 68%+ completions. 4000+ yards and 70%+ wouldn't surprise me.
Burrow was born and raised to run this type of offense.
