Sammy, you already did it when you spoke about the reasonable articulable facts that would lead an officer to believe that a particular person may be involved in committing a crime. I don’t disagree with it. I have a different opinion than you on how it is applied. Things are upheld or overturned yearly and so things can changed based off of that. There’s is nothing in any case law that would overturn what those officers had if a criminal charge resulted from it. So if there is, show me.

First off, I work with many black officers and work amongst many black citizens who call and trust me to do my job on a regular basis. You don’t speak for all black people. I would argue that one of the reasons people of any color don’t trust cops is people like you making them feel justified in not obeying lawful orders. If you would advocate for people not responding in inappropriate ways then maybe you could be a part of the solution.
