The only thing that seems certain about this case is all of the questionable evidence. Witnesses, video, media leaks, BRPD leaks. I'd forego the high-priced lawyer and feel confident with an overweight public defender with a drinking problem.

With the amount of controversy, conflicting statements, and lawyers involved if they arrest him it is pretty likely they have enough evidence to do so.
