Which is obvious why this is dragging out. Right now it is a he said he said case. The witnesses for victims is biased and so is football players. The end result is going to be they have to drop the case if nothing comes forward.

there's usually a winner and a loser in a fight. shite my freshman year, there was a straight out brawl on my floor in the dorms involving 30 some odd people and the only citations written were for underage drinking. people received "medical attention" for that fight also. being football players, i think, is actually serving them more injustice than doing them favors.

They raped us against Tenn and we came out sloppy in our first game, understandably so. Almost lost that game if it wasn't for Jamarcus heroics with Doucet.
I remember everyone was calling for Miles head the first few games into that season, even after Katrina.

exactly. they obviously don't have enough to press charges now, and i really don't see how interviewing 10 more drunk people from the bar is going to shed new light on the case

No one really knows for sure, but I am expecting all 4 guys to miss the Oregon game, with one player potentially out for longer. That's just my opinion.
