Without a 3rd party witness this is he said/she said event. It will be tough to issue warrants.

The more I read statements like this.. the more I believe charges will get dropped due to lack of evidence. If the police don't have a 3rd party witness or video by now.. they never will.

I think what people are missing is this: The players don't have to be proven 100% guilty beyond all reasonable doubt to be charged. They have to be proven 100% guilty beyond all reasonable doubt to be convicted.

Yea, you're right. It's just that simple because that's what you want it to be. Three people seemingly have minor injuries. Those could occur, say, by getting thrown off while trying to pull people away from a defensless guy whose spine they were in the progress of breaking? See how easy it is to quickly make assumptions and spin stuff? There's a reason it's such a long investigation. Those of you saying that "bar fights" don't have such long investigations are absolutely correct.

I've witnessed these types of things around LSU bars and I never heard about it in the news.

Oregon is a huge game, but not as important as the Ms State one, Ms State is vastly improved and going to be a HUGE test. It's on a Thursday night in Starksville which makes it more difficult.
a loss to State much much much MUCH worse than a loss to the Ducks.
I know it's one game at a time, but goal number one is to win the West...a loss to Ms State makes that extremely difficult.
