Tua was hurt for the majority of the season. He was never "fixed" until the season was over with.

Tua's original issues with his ankles were fixed and said to be stronger than before the were injured. The injury he played with during the season was a knee.

I’m making as much shite up as you are. You honestly believe that coaching is why RBs sustained ankle sprains....and that they lingered because LSU staff doesn’t know how to handle them.

I haven't said anything about coaching you dipshit. You're looking for reasons to think people are blaming this on poor ol Ed.

Fournette suffered the high ankle sprain before Wisconsin and re-injured it (made it worse) against them.

This is why we are resting a lot of guys

It will be a clear picture after the Ga Southern game. Not worried at all right now

Exactly. Not sure what they have against waiting and seeing instead of getting their panties in a wad

Wow you sir must be pretty ignorant to football. Why don’t you actually research camp injuries across the NFL and CFB. There’s no way around it. Most injuries are non contact but still keeps players out

There may be a couple overblowing it, but I think most are just discussing the news and expressing some concerns because it’s not clear exactly what the “news” really is. It’s the rant.

Personally I don’t put much stock into it one way or the other, as long as it doesn’t affect the season.
The coaches know. We don’t.

Grant missed the entire offseason last year with a broken collar bone and became an all American and I'm supposed to be worried he is missing a couple days of practice?

Broken collar bones and hamstring/ankle sprains are different animals.

You gotta be fricking kidding me. There’s nothing worse than getting hurt in camp and having an injury linger the entire season and never getting 100% healthy.

Sounds like a great opportunity for Jacoby Stevens to get on the field and play the role Delpit had last season. Also have Monroe and Harris out there

While it sucks to have him hurt right now, we are very fortunate to have such quality, experienced depth at the safety position

Injuries in football are as big a part of the game as blocking and tackling.

What's the point of a reporter having access if he can't report on it?

We’ve already had 4 legitimate All-American sophomores falter in some way as juniors: -Mathieu -Fournette -Key -Guice

Alley Brousard in Miles’ first year. He took a lot of heat for having tough practices but i think the injury was just bad luck.

Meh, nearly every player is injured to some degree after the first day of contact. Just have to be lucky and avoid the major injuries.

How exactly is the coaching staff going to magically not allow an ankle sprain or pulled hamstring or sprained knee linger. Once the injury occurs. It is what it is
