It took a 6th TO to win the OM game and a freak/stupid play by a defender to win UF. Otherwise, LSU eats 2 more losses. Neither had anything to do with Max.

15 pages of bashing Brennan's performances against Mizzou and State.
15 pages of praising Max's mobility and what that means for the offense.

The game was still tied with under 2 minutes left. LSU would have just punted and UF had their chance to tie it anyway, but they shanked the FG at home while our guy hit a 57-yarder. Florida had over 600+ yards of offense and lost because they had 3 turnovers (including a pick 6). LSU had 0 turnovers.

I have tried to be fair to both. I got accused of propping up Max early in the thread and probably will get accused of repping for Myles in the latter part of the thread because I have countered some of your posts.
I think we have a great dilemma of 2 very good QBs for Peetz to design the offense around. I'm pulling for whoever starts.

You do whatever you want lady. I just loathe your argumentative and contrarian posting style and I don't like posters dumping on good kids. I still believe in Myles, but I will root like hell for Max if he is the guy too. There's been no ambiguity about that with me.

I think 0/10 benign used against Brennan when Johnson went 5/18 and 8/18 means people aren’t looking at the context.
The only 3rd down that matters is the last one of a drive. If you drive 30 yards before you pin and only face 1 3rd down that’s a better drive than going 11 yards before you punt and converting on 1/2 3rd downs.
So I’m the context of comparing the QBs, which is the point of this fricking thread, it’s an overplayed stats.
Johnson had just as many dead end drives (actually More) as Brennan against Florida and won.
