Just maybe there is very little wrong with BH in his abilities but maybe Les Miles and staff need to just build his body up too where it can stand the rigors of SEC football.

He will be 200 next year, but they do not need to put on weight that will cost him his speed.

He doesn't need speed. He needs burst and agility. .. secondary to arm strength and accuracy.

What he needs is a buttload of emotional maturity and some worth ethic.
If he had a measure more of each, he would have started before season''s end.
Jennings held onto to the job on the basis so these two factors.

No, Jennings is the one getting hurt in games.

It's not a anything issue other than Miles has his guy for the year.

He needs to START! So to do that as in the past he must swallow his pride and suck up to Miles, then that way he will be Miles's PET and then he will start

Brandon Harris is heavier and faster than Colin Kaepernick when he was a senior at Nevada.

Brandon Harris needs:

1. Improve pre-snap reads
2. Improve footwork
3. Improve accuracy
4. Improve post-snap reads
5. Increase familiarity with offense

I see nothing that indicates that he is not capable of doing this under Cam's tutelage.

Kaepernick weighted in at the Cobine at 233. So unless he gained 30 pounds in the few month after the season, I would say this isn't true.

That tweet only dispels the notion that he lacks "emotional maturity"

If you will even look back to Harris' comments while being recruited, and a lot since, he seems very immature and entitled. His success, like that of a lot of talented kids, has come easy.
Being a QB requires a lot more than athletic talent and to the puzzlement of a lot of our dumber fans, Harris is exhibit a.
Say what you want about Jennings, from Day 1 he was willing to put in the practice, film study etc.
There is no assurance Harris will ever overcome these two handicaps, but I sure hope does.
