I think people think that cam isn't going to run the offense of last yearl

he will, and there will be more wrinkles with the option stuff. in todays college football, you really need to have a QB that is mobile and can pick up some yards with his feet.

the statues behind center don't win titles anymore

Lord knows this guy would never put undue pressure on his young quarterbacks:

Nope. No pressure cooker in Tuscaloosa. Rank 'em 2.

auburn went 0-8 in sec then played for natty the next year. I would say don't assume because LSU is young they will lose games.

Why do I keep seeing people saying state is a "tough" game? I understand they are improved and we lost a lot to the draft (as always). But we dragged our balls across their face last year...and it's state

And, again, it's in Death Valley. I don't see State winning that game.

kind of agree with him,

i keep thinking 9-3 or even 8-4...Unless harris gives us a jameson winston type year we're headed to the chicken bowl this year...

Does everyone really think Jennings will not start this year? Have I missed something?

state comes into death valley and knocks off an LSU team with a salty defense, veteran o line and 3 great RB's?

I'm not saying we're going to lose. they're our bitch. i'm comapring bad to mediocre with state.

I still don't understand this line of thinking either. 4 losses means we basically lose every "toss up" game. I mean shite people

I don't think anyone knows who's going to start august 30th, even the coaching staff at this point.

Yeah, the noise in Tiger Stadium will be deafening. Our crowd is always good for at least 5 false starts per game.

State still has the worst game day coach in the conference.

Word. Don't get me wrong, I don't know who is the better quarterback. I just figured Jennings would have a pretty good shot at starting. I guess Harris is learning pretty quickly. I was just excited to see how Jennings developed this summer, I guess.

I think jennings is likely to "start" but we'll see both QB's quite a bit in the first 3 games for evaluation.

should have a cemented "starter" by miss state game time, with the other still getting some reps throughout the games.
