I have kept up with N.D's. teams for a long time. The basketball coach usually does well with his talent or lack of it. Regardless of who the football team's OC was Brian Kelly has wanted a running QB, which will only go so far in the SEC. I watched my first LSU game in Tiger Stadium in 1955, but whether in person or on TV, I will not ever like that scowling & frowning & cursing mouth of Kelly's, win or lose.

He is just upset that she went to Texas and doesn't know anything about LSU/Louisiana since she is also from Fort Worth as well.

Which press conference was that? I also heard him praise his QB but no other player, implied his coaches can only do so much with the players he currently has. Need to coach them better but there’s not enough talent at LSU to improve much more. That was what Kelly clearly implied. God, you people are ignorant.
Thanks Chicken for allowing this thread to be debated, we all want the same thing for LSU and Coach Kelly.

I really like Kelly’s tough demeanor on the sidelines, he will go after a player or assistant. Saban does the same.

Dave Aranda & Lou Holtz & Charlie Mac. In basketball it's like comparing Bruce Pearl with Tony Bennet. I have seen a lot As a fourth grader I saw Jimmy Taylor in Tiger Stadium & I saw every home game that Billy Cannon played.
