So long as they're aren't violent criminals or all around pieces of shite, I would say they deserve a measure of respect from any true LSU fan for what they contributed to the program. Which, in the case of Spears and Boog, is quite a lot.

If u don’t agree with their take, great, more power to you. You want to debate the topic have at it, make your points. When you immediately attack them as shite alumni you come across as a hiding behind the screen bitch.
We’ve seen them on the field giving their best and lm sure they feel pain in the mornings to remind themselves. They are also successful at what they do. What have you done for LSU that makes your opinion more valuable.
You have every right to your opinion but you should show some respect to others. Especially guys that have earned it.

Could care less about most LSU football alums. The ones I do support, are those who make financial contributions back to LSU, as we’ve learned since the new locker room was unveiled.
I also don’t believe that they are “owed” anything beyond our respect for their athletic abilities. They made the decision to come to LSU and play in exchange for a free education. Some of you put these guys on too high a pedestal.
However, I can only think of a few guys I would term...”shite alums”. Put Eric Reid at the top of that list with a gold star.

Bama has beat LSU in every possible way for 7 years. Reporting or commenting any other way would make them idiots.

Hell all the pundits had LSU doing bad last year. Felt great when the team proved them wrong.
No announcer can or at least in most cases should seem like a homer. All they are doing is giving their educated guess. Someone predicting Texas’s D coming together faster than our new O is probably wrong but that doesn’t make him an a-hole or a shite alumni.
If they said Alabama was better last year, they were right. My fingers are crossed this year. That’s the best part of preseason, hope and coming up with my educated guess.
