Bo Bordelon moving to DT?

They changed Kimo’s # & position on the roster. Bordelon is still listed as OL & #67. I guess it could be a recent development

Do they really need that?
They’ve added 5 new guys - Kimo plus 2 scholarship & 2 walkons.

This is from Dandy Don? So he’s just speculating or was Bordelon on defense yesterday?

They already announced Kimo moving from OL to DL. They could experiment with Breaux, Jones, & Shand but they were all listed as a Defensive End on updated roster.

It could be an experimental thing if they think they have someone better coming in at LT to back up Campbell. That shift from offense to defense is not an easy one unless you played it in HS and had some good DL coaching in HS.

It's ONLY for the spring more than likely and they are looking for someone who has DT experience and Bordelon does. Bordelon has totally transformed his body since getting here and been a solid piece in practice. It's not a permanent move, just waiting to get guys in the summer from the portal for fall practice.

He is definitely in line to take one of the OT (or worst case OG) spots in 2025 season, which is a pretty long ways away still at this point so its not a big deal for spring he plays some DT, it doesnt mean he will be at DT only this spring BTW, he's obviously jsut seen as an extra body there.

Bordelon was first guy off the bench this past season at LT (Heard played RT). He appeared in 4 games at LT and played a lot against Grambling and Army specifically. He looked good too. PFF grade of almost 90.

You’re not moving your backup LT to DL so either he’s not moving or he’s definitely not the backup
