Yeah he said that in order to be able to trash the coaches. Great reasoning

Goes up there with all those on here desperately hoping lee made the practice squad in the NFL so you guys could show up the coaches

That's exactly what that guy did.

He also said "what a waste of talent." Insinuating the coaches fricked up with Shep.

When in reality, Shep just wasnt good enough to play in the system.

Let's clarify:

"Mett overthrew that pass."
"Alexander missed his blocks."
"Reid missed that coverage."

Isn't trashing players. It's stating facts.

And criticizing Miles for having the team be unprepared, unmotivated, calling a horrible game, and sitting his best options is not stating facts?

Oh, it's absolutely nauseating.

Hard working players (Danny McCray, Matt Flynn, Karnell Hatcher, Jarrett Lee, Russell Shepard, T-Bob Hebert, Josh Dworaczyk, Rueben Randle, Brad Wing, Tharold Simon, etc.) just get shite on, as if they mean nothing and are a hindrance to the program that should be discarded like garbage. They can't be any good, because the coaches are always right, aren't they?

But starting players who have genuine attitude problems that don't reflect well on the program are defended at all costs, because if the coaching staff like them, then that's all that matters, right?

Ever since 2010, the fanbase on the Rant has taken on a noticeably fascist mindset, and it's quite disturbing. It's why I am no longer a fan of the LSU football program. You "posi-tigers" on here fricking creep me out. May God have mercy on your souls for supporting this shite show.

I feel ya, Doc, didn't even watch the bowl game this year, first time in years, I'm having the same disinterested feelings I had years ago when the NBA started going all hood.

Coaches deserve criticism. Players don't. It sucks when one gets burned, drops a pass, makes a dumb penalty etc but it happens. bad gameplans, lack of adjustments, etc are all on coaches...who get paid well.

Yes, this isn't an exaggeration at all.
Plus it only sounds like you are mad that some of your favorite players didnt play or got talked about. As if the other guys who played also didn't work equally as hard. What a ridiculous viewpoint.

yeah 6.75 yards per carry on 77 carries your first two years is not any help to the team. Glad we cut that dead weight out of our dynamic offense.

No its not fact. Miles does nothing wrong. His players are always motivated and prepared, they just make the mistakes. And of course don't execute the plays how Miles wants them to. 10-3

you are confused

the constant bitching by know nothings about how it should be done if they left mama's basement has destroyed this forum

I am guessing you think you know more football than the entire staff

what a loser and a perfect example of what LSU fans have become, I am glad you don't root for this school anymore

Oh I see. Blaming the players 100% is objective analysis.

Faulting the coaching is just...opinion.

Nope, they're all to blame.

Coaches for the design/calls

Players for the lack of execution.

If you put Radio out there at LB and he starts blocking his own players after the coaches repeatedly showed him not to do so, who's fault is that?

The coaches for showing him to block his own players?

always = always

he lied about clock it and blamed it on JJ, blamed 1/9 on a RB missing a block on a called pass play, etc

Demetrius Hookfin was an awesome, fantastic DB for LSU.

I'm sure the coaches just let him run around the field like his head was cut off.

But you know, I won't go and say players are terrible because that's just not nice.

Unknown, since you are so wrong about this lets throw some cold hard stats out there 76th total offense, 3-13 3rd down conversions, 9 total first downs, 219 yards of offense, 120 yards passing. But everything is great no problems. Oh yeah cant forget 1-4 in last bowl games.
