They are all human and all make mistakes. Pointing out a mistake is not throwing them under a bus. Sometimes it's execution and sometimes coaching, but at the end of the day, it's all the responsibility of the head coach. Miles went 10-3 this year. Not too good, but not too bad, either. He needs to do better if he wants to justify his salary.

If the right side of the line is struggling do you keep calling the same plays without getting them some help?

You have to adapt to what is happening in the game. CLM is absolutley horrible when it comes to changing the gameplan based on how the game is going. he looks like a genius if it works from the beginning but if it doesn't we are fricked.
