All of the above. Geaux back to local blackouts...that would fix it.

This tread encapsulates all that has gone on for 10 years that i just want to keep it going.

I've been saying for years, Les has sucked all the excitement out of LSU football.

Choctaw
Boudreaux, you a little chapped in the arse there!!
Cuz if you dont like that fact that I cant, couldnt, wont, and never will like LES MILES, then you hold on to your diaper little man.
That ignorant SOB rode the coat tails of some extremely good talent at LSU and never once had any coaching ability over that talent except for the...... wait for it....wait for it.... MAD HATTER TRICK PLAYS.
He was shite at OKS, and he was shite here, and he will be extremely shitty if coached again.
I will bet you any amount of money on that

Anyone going to any stadium and not being content with an W or crying over a W cause it somehow not pretty enough for them has lost sight of the primary objective to any sporting event....winning!
Except for the fact that product on the field has in fact led to more losses?
You goons always swoon over Saban but what you just said is the "anti-Saban" philosophy. Sometimes a team wins when they play poorly (Miles's teams are perfect example) and sometimes they lose when they play well... I wish as fans we could see this differentiate this a little better.

Here are my memories from the "great games" of the past two seasons.
Auburn and the LF7 show - Granted
#8 UF win at home with fake field goal - Barely beat a bad florida team with a backup QB
Beating the Aggies again - Awful hairpulling game to watch
Texas Tech beatdown - Freakin Texas Bowl
2014:
Comeback win vs Wisky - Worst 1st half performance since 2011 Georgia
Road win @UF and LF7's coming out party - Thank God the tight end dropped the touchdown pass
Beating #3 Ole Miss at home - great night in Tiger Stadium - We threw like 5 passes
Beating the Aggies - Got bailed out by an offsides no call at the end of the game or Chavis's two minute defense would have lost the game again.

The fact that you didn't is yet another representation of how miserable you are during every sporting event. You just completely melt.
It's hilarious that you think I'm miserable and that I "melt" because I'm not a simple mouth-breather like you who just wants to watch people have a good time and play football.
To say anyone had a great time the past three years is laughable, and just shows the loser mentality people like you, and many on here, exhibit that let Miles stay longer than he should have.
2013
- Despite having probably the best offensive weapons we ever had, we manage to lost to an unranked Ole Miss team and get thumped by Bama
- we beat a jerk-off Iowa team by a touchdown in the prestigious Chik-fil-A bowl, again despite having OBJ, Landry, Mett, and Hill. We scored 21 points. Garbage
2014
- Another "exciting year" where we go 4-4 in the SEC and 8-5 overall.
- Losing to unranked Notre Dame in the prestigious Music City Bowl was a capper to a very "exciting" year
2015
- We only lose 3 SEC games this time, so that's progress and certainly exciting. The three game losing streak where we went from top 5 to unranked was certianly exciting.
- We actually thrash a team we are much better than, Texas Tech, in the prestigious Texas Bowl.
Do you even remotely get it? None of this is exciting. Mix in 2-3 automatic wins each year against cream puff schools, and its just more of the same. I'm just glad it ended and I can finally stop "melting."
Edit:
To also add to these "exciting" years of football, jsut look at our rankings to start and end the year.
2013 - Started ranked 12 in AP; Finished 14
2014 - Started ranked 13 in AP; Finished Not Ranked
2015 - Started ranked 14 in AP; Finished 16
We were as high as 6, 8, & 4 at one point in those years. Funny how we always regress as the season goes on.

I agree that les the football coach was 90% of what caused the regression of the atmosphere at the stadium. Other than the tailgating pregame I think the thought of watching 4 quarters of the same stale product and traffic after made alot of fans bitter. People paying good money to watch talented athletes wearing purple and gold underperform just got old. I think Coach O will reenergize TS

But he was an 80% winning coach.

You guys just will never get it. His last 5 years were average at best. Especially in the SEC. If you liked that teams like Alabama, Ole miss, Arkansas were passing us up and we had similar talent or better then good for you. He sucked the life out of tiger football the last 5 years. Time to move along.

His last 5 years were 2nd in the sec in wins.
Last 5 full years have a better win loss record than Saban's tenure at lsu.
I agree it was time to move on but stop acting like finishing top 16 4 of the last 5 years is mediocre.

Blame Chavis. We scored 40 points and lost.

Yeah thats what happens when you start nothing but true freshman and true sophomores in the sec west.

Basically a 10 win season and the only unacceptable loss was arky.
Looked like this year was gonna be worse. The team has looked far better offensively now that miles and cam are gone.
I would just like lsu fan to not expect the next coach to win the west next year. The change at HC was needed and hopefully our fans will embrace the next coach.

I agree with what you are saying and honestly his record looking it up was 28-12 in SEC games starting from 2011. I think his philosophy of power mouth football and becoming so predictable was more infuriating then anything else. Liked les the man but like you said it was time to move on.
