And let’s be honest what does “good at Mizzou” actually mean? I mean why are we hiring coaches on defense from the former SEC East when honestly the only team with real good defense that’s been consistent in the former East is Georgia. We got House who was at Kentucky before the Chiefs and Baker from Mizzou. Smh

Took the 113th scoring defense in 2021 and made them the 56th scoring defense the next year and 25th the year after that.

Lol those rankings include the portal and according to every recruiting ranking source, LSU across the board has a much better class than Ole Miss. It’s a coaching issue. Period.

The defense isn't the issue this season. If we had this defense last year we win the national championship.

I'm willing to give Baker the benefit of the doubt considering the starting safeties that he inherited and didn't really get to recruit last year. That is the Achilles heel of this team, and you can only mask so much deficiency in that unit.

Not to mention even Weeks said to the press after the Florida loss that the last TD they scored the defense messed up because half the defense thought they were running one play and the other half thought something else. It was a miscommunication. Thats on Baker & BK. Smh
