Is anyone aware of what BK's participation level will be in bowl prep, will he coach at all in the game?

it seems he would want to be at practice this next month to scout his own players

I've never heard of having an interim head coach once you've hired a head coach

Actually happens most of the time lol. Current coaching staff finishes the job unless accepting others, new coach views the audition and/or finds the flaws in the coaching as a result.

Happens all the time. Dave Aranda didn't coach Baylor in their bowl game in 2019.

BK will watch the game in his house and be taking notes. That's how it goes.

This is essentially a spring game in BKs eyes and will serve as a launching pad to whether or not some staff are held on. The former staff can focus on bowl prep while BK can focus on building a new staff and recruiting.

I like what Davis said about working with Kelly. Hopefully it goes smoothly, but no reason for BK to coach the game.

CBK will have a 360 look at his team and the coaches who are jockeying to stay on. It really is a win-win. Plus he gets to travel to BRLA-west (aka Houston) to recruit.
