Ricky Heimuli and Wade Keliikipi, the two starting DTs, are both over 300...so not sure why you think you have such a massive size advantage on the interior of the line, unless your center is a sumo wrestler.

Our power running game was very effective against real defenses in the SEC last year even with no passing threat to unstack the box. You can stack the box all game long, we'll still average 5 yards/carry.

You're right, not worth mentioning. Close the board down the ducks don't like us talking about game factors

289 is his listed weight when he arrived on campus two years ago. He and Heimuli are our beef up front, both over 300. Remington, Hart, and Ebert are our other DTs that are the smaller bodies you are thinking of, being around 285-290. Still formidable bodies to plug the gaps.

What does Copeland go, about 280?

It's not what you think - he's a freakish athlete for that size. He's a converted high school DT.

Can't believe you're talking shite with Copeland, who is yet to show anything other than missing blocks.

we wont stop the run, but we will contain it if you can't establish some sort of downfield presence. People remember Stanford smashing us a couple years ago with Toby Gerhart, but they forget that Luck was money whenever they needed him. If Lee can keep the LB's honest, you will probably win. If not, probably not.

Speaking of linebackers, latest rumor is no Kiko Alonso. That is huge. He may be our second best defensive player (behind Cliff). Very bad news, if true.

Is it injury or OTF stuff? I don't take any pleasure in this stuff happening this close to the beginning of the season, unless it's to Miami, Bama, Ole Miss or USCw.

OTF. He's suspended indefinitely, for acting a fool while drunk, but unlike Cliff, Chipper never ruled him "out" for LSU. I was 99% sure he'd play a couple days ago. damn that 1% !

Personally I'd take our bowling balls that fly like bullets over your .22 bullets.
