Pulling for your guy Guice as I always admired how hard he ran. Hopefully he can get healthy and be as good as I thought he would be in the NFL.
From Rotoworld: An infection in Derrius Guice's torn ACL required three additional knee surgeries and brings his 2019 availability into question.
Guice tore his ACL last preseason and should've made a smooth recovery, but the infection severely complicated his rehab. The infection lasted two months after Guice's ACL tear, "prompting seven weeks of heavy rounds of antibiotics through a catheter in his arm."

My dad is currently dealing with a similar infection in his knee after a replacement. He has the catheter in his arm and has to do the injections multiple times a day. Once that shite gets in there it's a mother fricker to get out.

My FIL to be fought an infection after a knee replacement for about a year before they finally got it under control.
And my wife’s cousin had the same thing after a knee surgery.
It seems common...

My orthopedic surgeon told me infections occur in 1 to 2% of joint replacements even though they do all they know how to prevent it. It's a horrendous time consuming and painful ordeal to recover from.

Ironic coming from somebody with a hash tag begging White to return.
If this happened before Guice was drafted he would have lost out on a good bit of money.
