im just as upset as everybody. but i have to disagree with you there. Chad is probably in his way. What it does prove is that they did not put themselves in a good position to make the call. Where are the other refs?

I don't think Mt. Cody has ankles that big.

That explains all the cramps!

Miles is going to have to talk to him about his "hover 'til you can't hover no more" philosophy. It's starting to hurt his gameplay AND make fools of the fans. Hell - We're already mistakenly calling it the "PP Windmill" and not the "PP Poorly-designed Helicopter"...

peterson is more of a man then julio will ever be.

this has nothing to do with anything. Just wanted to say that.

he will be the eric berry of corners. Top five pick when he comes out, if he stays healthy. He probably would be now if he could be drafted as a soph.

I think I'm going to buy Sugar Bowl tickets just for the opportuity to boo Bama players when the get injured against TCU and key some cars with Alabama plates and flags in the parking lot.

Yes, I'm almost 30 years old and have a job.

you must be an SEC ref if you already know the matchup

He did not, Chad Jones was in the way. This was the reasoning that Les Miles said in his press conference today that the officials used that they could not make a clear ruling on the field because their line of sight was blocked. This is why they huddled on the field and could not make a call, then made a horrible call that it was NOT an INT in the first place. Then it went up to the replay booth where the abortion continued.

No he doesn't.

But why are Bama fans even saying it could be illegal touching on Julio Jones? Illegal touching doesn't kill the play, you still play the play out until its end. So the interception was still good. I don't get the point of claiming illegal touching, because even if it did happen, it doesn't negate the interception.

that is a huge picture with like a 25 yard radius of the catch and all i can see is 1 ref and he is damn near out of the picture.

good pic.looks good to me.some say he was still juggling the ball as he went out of bounds.i'll reserve judgement since i've yet to see the game on replay,as i was working. there are bad calls EVERY game.sec refs need reschooling,no doubt,or fired.that said,1 play does'nt make the entire game. if that is so,much could be said of the no call pass interference in your house a few years back, with us already leading and about to go up 2 scores when brown was knocked out of the end zone just before ball arrived.i actually will blame that loss on shula though

That's all fine and good, but in this case, the official has every angle and still fails. These are the plays designed to be fixed by replay, and it ain't happening. Not for LSU anyway.

The most pathetic part is that whenever we read about an SEC game, there always seems to be a controversy in the officiating. The SEC is the best conference in football by far and the officials need to step up and make it happen. It is an embarrassment to the conference and college football.

Thats an amazing shot, to be honest, while i was watching the game, from what i saw on the replays, i figured they would not overturn the call on the field. I was 99% sure he was in bounds, I cant say i was 100% sure while watching the replays the 1st time, of course now i know he was in, but im just giving my honest opinion of what i saw at that moment, not all ive seen since then.
