I understand what your saying but I'm generally speaking of individual accomplishments.

For clarity, Bowe was 5 yards away from having 3 1000 yard seasons in his first four years. He has had four starting quarterbacks in his career and 3 started for his first 1000 yard season.

ROOKIE: He had two QBs with 60/40 on starts and he still was only five yards shy from a 1000. The same year lead all rookie recievers in receptions yards and tds 70, 995, 6 respectively. Set chiefs single game receiving record for a rookie (164) and was only beaten out for rookie of the year by Adrian Peterson.

LAST YEAR: Lead the league in tds for WRs with 15. Set team records for most tds in a season, most games with a TD, and most consecutive games with a TD. Lastly he was invited to the pro bowl and was second team all-pro.

I expect with Cassel coming into his own, Bowe will become a household name by the end of this season.

"1. Dwayne Bowe
2. Laron Landry
3. Kyle Williams
4. Bradie James
5. Andrew Whitworth"

I think I would agree with this list. Obviously hard to compare interior linemen with guys who get to make more plays with or on the ball, but Bowe's TD haul makes it hard to keep him out of the top spot. I would defer to any Skins fans, but it seems like Landry might get burned a bit too much but he also makes a lot of plays. could he he maybe slide a notch or two down the list?

Some kudos to Ryan Clark and Bradie James for doing it well for so dang long in the league!

I did a quick search and confirmed that Alan Faneca did retire back in May. I assume he is headed to the HOF with all of the Pro Bowls he racked up. What a beast.

Sorry, Best skill player from Louisiana. I pull for all of the local talent. Plus, he's fun to watch. He has that burst like Adrian Peterson but better moves. Get him an O-line!!

Ok, He's fifth in yards from scrimmage in the three years he's been in the league. Only behind Chris Johnson, Adrian Peterson, Maurice Jones-Drew and Stephen Jackson. So where would you rank him??

I would have to say Dwayne Bowe but Kyle Williams is close behind. WRs always get all the attention and williams is a low profile guy even for a DT. If you look at their respective values to their teams, they are almost equal.

It is NOT Laron!!!

I love LSU and he is an intense mofo an tackler...

But he gets burned more than children at teh beach because he is over agressive in his style.

Hardest hitter in the NFL maybe...but not the best LSU player in the pros!

If I were starting a team right now I would pick him behind those four, plus Frank Gore, LeSean McCoy, Arian Foster, Darren McFadden, Jamaal Charles, Michael Turner, and anyone starting for Mike Shanahan in any given week.

Would have agreed with you until the first half of last season, when he was playing the best safety of anyone in the NFL. Only time he got beat over the top last year was against DeSean Jackson, the league's best playmaker at WR, and he nearly made a fantastic play that time, as well.
