4 gold gloves vs 1

2 batting titles vs 0

Not taking away from Bregman but the numbers speak for themselves

Bregman has 10.0 more WAR vs Lemahieu despite playing in 500 less games.

It's not even close who is a better player. Bregman will end his career with far and away the most WAR of any former LSU player.

No

Career WAR

Bregman 40.5 in 9 seasons plus this year
Lemahieu 30 in 13 seasons plus this year

It’s really not very close. Lemahieu had a nice 4-5 year run.

Brian Wilson had a hell of a big league career, short but productive. Won a World Series if I’m not mistaken

WAR
I know you’re a freaking idiot now. There has been so much information on why that freaking stat is the most USELESS there is in all of sports.
Why don’t you ask an Astro fan why he never hit for the first 2 months of every damn season?
You will not find a bigger Bregman fan than me BTW - look at my post history defending him.
WAR

Albert Belle is the answer

Bregman is 2nd

But if I had to bet my money on it - I think Skenes is going to win multiple cy young's and be a hall of famer.

Barring any insane injury - he's just so damn good snd his size lends me to believe he'll have a long career

It’s Albert Belle and it’s not even close He should have won MVP twice but he was a dick to the media. First guy to ever hit 50 HR and 50 doubles in a season.

The most intimidating right handed hitter of that generation. When healthy, he had a stretch that only Bonds was better.

LeMahieu is also known for heavily weighted offensive numbers at home due to hitter friendly parks.

Guy was a very solid MLB player for a decade. But he just does not touch Bregman

Fun fact Belle homered in his last MLB plate appearance on 10-1-2000 in Baltimore.

In 12 seasons he averaged .295BA with 381 HR 1239 RBI’s and 389 doubles.

Wins above replacement and it is a fricking USELESS stat. It is about context. How do you account for tossing out 2017 and 2018?
2017 electronic buzzer
2018 same issue as 2017 with electronic buzzer
How about this? You think any good hitting in that hole would fears?
Hitting behind Altuve and Springer for years and in front of Correa and meant he would see pitches for 10 years…

Josh Booty recieved the highest signing bonus ever to sign with the Marlins. Before single handedly winning them a World Series. He then proceeds to lead LSU back to an elite tier program, winning 1st team SEC QB honors on his way to an illustrious NFL career with the lowly Browns of all teams.
