Do they measure with shoes or without? Sorry if that is an ignorant question.

So ready to see what all pieces we get around him. He's gonna make everyone look so good it's ridiculous.

Well, that answers the skepticism of LSU putting him at the 4 when needed

Not buying some of the measurements here at Hoop Summit. Heights seem off.

Interesting. Simmons didn't look like he weighed around 240 during the Mcdonald's game

I hope he's not relied on to guard opposing PF's.

If he really is 6'10" 240, I don't see the big deal about Simmons guarding guys at the 4-especially when LSU has to rely on 6'4" Bridge for depth.

It's not like I think Simmons will start there, but he should be able to slide down to the 4 with ease

Something has got to be off with that. You're hands are usually almost twice as long as they are wide.

I'm not really confident in his ability to defend more physical post guys. Can he defend those guys in limited spurts? Sure. I just hope it's not always out of necessity.

Why? I mean, he can't be any worse than Martin or Mickey.

I hope this was a brain fart

Hand width = thumb tip to pinky tip
Hand length = tip of middle finger to base of hand/wrist
