I’ve felt all year that he’ll get the COVID benefit but now looking at

- Humiliating losses with 2-3 more to come
- Locker room trust issues
- Public scandal that could get worse

Might be too much to overcome even for an NC winning coach.

Unless he gets caught with a live boy or a dead girl, he’s safe and not going anywhere.

Pelini isn’t even going to be fired b/c of Covid and the loss or revenue and you think they will fire O. Not a chance in hell

O could be fired for cause and this could help save LSU with Title IX issues. Not a likely scenario but has been mentioned.

The sexual assault allegations and all of the internal turmoil are going to make his seat much hotter than just having a losing season.

I really do think Woodward has him on a much shorter leash than most here think.

I am hearing from some reliable sources that Woodward isn’t happy and he isn’t on speaking terms with O. If the Title IX investigation gives them a causation they may exercise. Woodward is very unhappy with the extracurricular activities.

The sexual assault thing is what’s making me wonder. Coaches get fired for that alone.

Not sure if you're serious, or playing dumb; but they touched on it yesterday in the broadcast.

LSU has allegations of covering up multiple football players sexually assaulting females. The key concern with this, and they put it up on a bullet point onscreen, was that the allegations are 2016 and later; I think they said 8+ players.

So that's directly overlapping with O's tenure, making this appear more of an "O" issue, instead of just an LSU issue.

That's 100% the type of thing that can get a coach fired.

It had been brought up. This is has more legs than people know. I still believe O will survive but if this level continues then LSU had an out with Title IX.

I think he may make it but it’s not without question like it was early in the season.

If the sexual assault coverup claims are true, O could be in deep sh*t.

People and the Oeaux sycophants better understand that if this independent review of these sexual assaults allegations shed an unfavorable light on Oeaux. He gone and that will be for cause. No Buy out, Nada, Zilch. LSU won't owe him a dime and he might be lucky to not have civil lawsuits filed against him.
