Orgeron wants to be here with Pendergast without a doubt. And he just said secretly said he'd coach the LBs.

Ahhhh no talk personally, but his agent could be handling this boom!!!

It just makes too much sense for this to happen.

Basically just admitted his agent has had discussions, but not him.

Honestly, if would be in pretty bad taste for him to admit it even if he did talk to anyone at LSU being that there is no job opening at this time in regards to the DL position, which seems to be where he is targeted.

Progress - maybe LSU is trying to figure out a CP and Coach O upgrade. Move somebody to administration like Steve E and let Miles take over the TEs?

How about dumping that 1.3M waste of an OC?

Have you bumped your head? The OC can't make the QB throw a good pass or make the WR catch the ball.

It baffles me that people blame the OC for AJs failure to execute. CC did a good job masking the lack of qb position this year as best as one could hope.

O made it known at least 3 weeks ago that he would take the DL job if offered. Doesn't really want to be DC.

And I said this yesterday and got blasted for it

OC should have gotten in HC face and said Harris needs the work because AJ can not be our starting QB next year.

On any particular play, you're correct. But over the course of a game or a season, it absolutely IS the OC who is responsible for developing the QB and devising a gameplan that plays to his strengths.

So if a QB makes a bad throw once in awhile, no that's not on the OC. But if a QB consistently makes bad throws, then yes hat is the OC's responsibility.

I agree. Cam is a smart coach that is trying to work with a limited, young group of QBs. Hope the offseason is extremely productive for both young QBs. Harris will be a baller once he learns the offense and calms down. He's got confidence and great talent that needs to be honed for this level.
