When it comes to college baseball, I think it's just the opposite. The availability of NIL has allowed guys who would have been playing minor league baseball ten years ago to play college instead. Without NIL, it is very unlikely that guys like Dylan Crews and Paul Skenes would have been playing at the college level in 2023.

The throw is part of baseball. You can probably point to other things that could have been but its all part of the game. Maybe our outfielder would have made the same throw with same senerio. So, we won on a bad throw that just maybe the scouting report said go to home because this guy does not make accurate throws to home. Enjoy the win. There will be more like it.
