I like the fact that people tend to shy away from keeping Michael Ford in the conversation when it comes starting/getting significant carries.

I'm probably in the minority because of the bowl game and how it's still fresh in people's minds, but I haven't forgotten the flashes that Ford had during his freshman year.

If Ware does start, this could/probably be one of, if not, THE best RB tandem in the country.

I don't get why people seem kinda down on Ford either. Granted I havent attended any practices this spring but I didn't see anything last season out of Blue that would warrant him being above Ford on my depth chart. But noted, it is MY depth chart.

No matter who starts, we'll have a great one-two punch at RB. LSU always has a stable of damn-good RBs.

I still think Richardson-Lacey will be a little better.

Richardson is the real deal, I'm not super impressed with Lacey. He's big, that's about all. Ford is alot like Richardson as far as the weight room. Like Prom said BEAST!!!

He is a good back. When he decides to fight for yards like Ridley, refuse to let one man bring him down, he will be a great back.

Agreed. Ford seems to really good in the open field. He just seems to know when to make that cutback

Expect plays like this from Ford.

Watch that video. See how Flynn makes the end make a decision? If JJ would do that, the option would be 100x better.

Guys, we have ton of talent at rb. It is not going to matter who starts this year, we will be fine. Imagine how good we will be if we can throw the ball.

BTW, the majority of our I-pro formations last year were with Ware at FB and Ford at TB. This was my favorite formation and I was pissed that I didn't see it more in 2010. Hopefully I'll see it more in 2011.
