Wow... So other teams with 1-loss could get us a rematch?

It would appear that while it's a long shot, if UGA, UF, ND, K-State, and Oregon all lose, it may be Bama-LSU for the national title again

This shows that the Voters were watching the game and they're not punishing the kids for the coaches' mistakes.

Had to be....unless your talking about a crimson eyed gump, everyone I heard pretty much said Bama got outplayed and won due to poor coaching decisions. I was proud of Les to own up to it though in his press conference. All that being said, I'm still so proud of our boys

Oregon's computer score is so low.

Their next three games will bump it up, but if they lose one of those games, we might actually jump ahead of them.

How will Miss St Ole Miss and Arkansas help LSU's comp score?

I know Miss St is still in the top-25 so that'll help

but Ole Miss and Arkansas? (yes I see Ole Miss has been playing somewhat better as of late)

It won't, I'm sure. But our computer score is what is keeping us so high right now. It won't drop too much.

Wouldn't it be totally awesome if the script gets flipped and we got the rematch and whipped bama's arse in Miami

I think after 2003 and 2007, no one can say that can't happen. Unlikely, but i'll never say never.

Stoked about our position at 7-2!

This would be absolutely incredible. Could you imagine if a 2-loss LSU team got into the BCSNCG for a rematch? I thought the hate was already through the roof for the SEC. I don't know where it would be if this happened. Out of the atmosphere?

Agree. There are real possibilities here; many things can play out. I'm not ready to crown Bama as the SEC champs after the way they played in TS. UGA could win that game, then they are talking about getting the rematch with UGA if all the mentioned teams lose. Worst case for the Tigers, I don't think Florida will beat FSU at Doak Campbell, so LSU handles business and they play in the Sugar Bowl. I'll take it.

Overrated. We need to beat an SEC team by more than 5 points to deserve a Top 8 ranking IMO.

While unlikely, what if Alabama lost to A&M, and then lost again to UGA in Atlanta. Under this scenario, with the other undefeateds each losing a game and UF dropping another, then it's possible we could play UGA for the BSCNCG, which wouldn't even be a rematch. This is assuming that, as a two loss team, we jump one loss teams in the BCS. After 2007, I never rule anything out.
