Yeah, it actually worked for Nuss vs USC and ended up being the difference in that game.

So basically at halftime:

Passing game is legit. Nuss, Anderson, Hilton Jr, Green all playing very well. Run game has been pretty meh, which was expected.

Defense has been solid up front with the run defense, but has been swiss cheese on the back end.

Special teams...Zavion has been great in the return game. Anything that requires us to kick the ball is bad.

34-17 at half, can't be mad about it, even though we have left some chances for more out there. Need a quick stop coming out of halftime and then we can get to rolling.

The defense has typically been better in the second half. We need that after the mediocre 2nd quarter.

I’ve been on the back deck all day. Have to go inside now to shower and make up guest rooms. We will see if mojo stands or if all my vanity stuff gets moved outside

Durham looked like a man among boys before that ankle injury. It was sold as “minor” but it has obviously hindered him all season.

I dislocated my elbow 3 weeks before our junior high city championship game. It was grotesque. At first i looked at it and freaked out. My cousin was playing LB on the other team and when I looked up from the pile I was looking in his eyes

Anyway I played in a cast in the final. I played QB and middle LB. For the game I was only able to play LB
But the one thing i remember was it was my first high. They gave me a shot of Demerol and I was lit for days !

12 carries, 51 yards, 4.3 YPC 4.0 YPC on the year but that is impacted but sack losses. So it looks like we are right about on par with the usual running game.

Still a three possession game but can’t help feel uneasy with our secondary. Of course, it wouldn’t be any better with Burns and Ryan playing, so there’s that.

Not really though he looked like our best back and it was a dislocated toe, he had one of his best games against OU averaging 7.3 YPC

So much easier to stomach RS freshman getting burned rather than those shams.
