Morgan is just a freshman, if he progresses at all in the off-seaosn he should start simply because he's much taller than Stringer. Stringer has always been a big defensively liability when he's facing a 2 that is 6'2 or taller. Keion Bell is schooling him this game. Stringer is more of an off the bench energy guy, but he's better than Morgan right now.
