As a Jones defender he really shite the bed at the end of this half. Let's pray he makes some adjustments, which he has done before, and we win this game. If not this season will get ugly

I am not a violent person and hated Bobby Knight but watching this team you can see why the coach might want to slap a few.

Pretty much.
Simmons should have played the last three minutes of the half.
Let him play the wing in a zone. Yeah, you might give up some points, but he might get you some on the offensive end too.
Another reason why Jones might want to sit Simmons is because he picks up a lot of offensive fouls. But maybe if we actually ran an offense and didn't just give the ball to Simmons and say "hey, get us points" we might be able to limit those offensive fouls.

Before the season started, I was wondering if this team would get a top-4 seed. Don't know how I thought we'd actually be good with the coach we have. Now, we lose this game and we won't even make the tournament. Sad shame to have so much talent go to waste.

Jeez Jones; u could run a basic high low with vic and sims all day long and keep Simmons out of the block on D with two fouls, we do it at a high school level weekly. Just don't get these coaches underutilized talent.

Agreed. There are a number of ways that jones is deficient (mediocre development, terrible rotations, conservative with fouls, awful defensive coach, doesn't punish anyone for terrible shot selection, I'm sure there are more). Not all of these show up in the same game but at least a few do. That is why it's such an uphill battle to win any competitive game despite a huge talent advantage in most of them.
