I'm sorry, but when a .500 baseball team comes in to your home field, and they only score 10 runs through 25 innings, you should not be in real danger of losing the series.
The offense better figure it out real quick, or any chance of a national seed might evaporate next weekend.

agreed too much "strategy" at the plate for LSU, just swing the bat early when you're getting pitches, not wait til it's 0-2 or 1-2

No, Katz and rhymes are cooling off. If this happens, we're in trouble. Our starting pitching has slacked too.

Katz is cooling off?
Seems fine to me.
I wouldn't worry too much about Rhymes having a bad weekend...its not like he going to go 0 for the rest of the season

Relative to the standard we're holding them to. Gausman was fantastic Friday, and both Nola and Eades have been adequate for Sat/Sun starts in the SEC. It's just been a disaster at the plate this weekend.

What do you mean? We've looked like this most of the year. A gritty bunch that has to fight like hell for every win.
Yep, main reason we have won most of those one run games is because of Cotton and Goody
