Top spot right now (which I still haven't had time to try yet) is Interstellar BBQ. If you take the toll road, its about 15-20 min drive down SH45/620 from the ballpark. Local Cajun mart called Stuffed is directly across the street also.

Stuffed is awesome. Best LA food around Austin.

Great writeup. I’ll be making it a family trip down from dfw sticking around for the Texas game. Should be a great trip

Haven’t read the whole thread but anybody making a week of it should get down to Lockhart for that bbq run as well. You just can’t wrong on the q anywhere in that area

I’ve heard great things, but I haven’t been yet. I actually used to live near Lakeline.

My go-to spots are Stiles Switch or Slab BBQ. They both recently opened locations in Cedar Park.

Slab is a great spot for BBQ sandwiches if you aren’t feeling the meat per pound + 2 sides approach. And those BBQ nachos

Speaking of BBQ Nachos, just over in Pflugerville Brotherton's Black Iron BBQ has some outstanding BBQ Nacho's and a good Texas Reuben. I still need to try the Texas Italian Beef

The Sunday game in 2019 was brutal. The wind was nonstop and it was freezing. That the game you're talking about?

I was there. And it was miserable.

Anyone else getting Intel Club tix?

I bought tickets with access to the club. For the price difference, I figured it was worth it.

HELP, I’m trying to buy tickets online and I clicked on the $40 weekend pass and I got a response that the only tickets available are on the lawn in the outfield. I tried calling but being it’s Sunday no one answered, will try again tomorrow.

This event cannot be sold out this early, right?

The $40 weekend pass is for general admission only, which is the lawn seats and home run porch, which is first come. If you want reserved seats you need to buy each day separately.

Salt Lick is awesome.

My best friend from childhood lives in RR and he and his wife are huge LSU fans. I’ll be staying at their house that weekend.

Will two can foods get me in for a lawn ticket?

Pro tip. Those express games never check seating. Get a lawn ticket and sit wherever you want

Parking is a bitch. The lot is big but they raised the price to $15 this year. Probably be $20 next year

Very strange. Kalahari will not accept cash.

Is that at the Rangers stadium?

We’re less than 7 weeks away!

Just passed by the stadium and saw the sign promoting the weekend of games. I’m getting pumped!

Also forgot to mention there is a Walmart 1 mile from the stadium and an H-E-B two miles away, in case you need any last minute tailgate supplies or need to make a beer run.
