Does anybody know if nick will get a medical redshirt plus another redshirt? How do the redshirt rules in college baseball work?

I wouldn't worry too much about this.

If he gets healthy enough to contribute, he'll be a draft prospect (he's draft eligible this year).

If he can't contribute, it's because he's not healthy enough and no amount of redshirts will fix that.

Is he planning on being healthy enough this year to contribute? And if so, how does he fit into the pitching rotation?

He is in his second year on campus, but he turned 21 about a month ago.

I get that he is currently draft eligible, but what kind of draft stock can he have with being injured for so long? Hasn't he been hurt basically since stepping on campus? Maybe it will turn around if he gets a few games in this season.

I am wondering if, once healthy, he foregoes the draft and wants to come back next year to help improve his position. That could pose a problem with an already sizable incoming class.

Storz is basically a myth to me at this point. He may actually play one day, but I’m not going to hold my breath.

Storz has all of the talent and measurables needed to be a pro prospect. He just hasn't stayed healthy enough to display it at LSU.

That being said, he is the kind of depth we want and need right now, just gotta hope he gets his chance.
