moved out of BR so i havent been able to watch any spring practices but I think Storz will do big things if he can get healthy.
I was kinda hoping Storz would be mentioned as a possible DH as well as a bullpen guy. I know he has crazy power but is he more of a Hr/K hitter or can he hit for average as well?

Yes he’s more of a high HR/K hitter. What played into the the coaches decision to have him focus on pitching right now is he’s not a polished bat right now. More practical to get him throwing where they need him right now rather than backup DH where he could get a few at bats. The plan is to hopefully get him into starter shape by late spring heading into 2019.

Someone who’s definitely getting slept on is Beau. He’s an afterthought in the OF and at the plate. I understand why but it means he’s not getting a lot of love anywhere.
ell Beau might get some love if he didn't look so awful on breaking balls. He would swing at breaking balls that started out of the zone and bounced a foot in front of and two feet outside of the plate.I like the young man's tenacity but every SEC coach knows how to pitch to him and it isn't throwing him a fastball which he can hit,

I agree. Maybe this is the year he lays off those pitches. I can be hopeful. And if he doesn’t, he will be replaced.

I think you should make a weekend weather post in the crowdsourced series preview thread. I'm getting tired of bumping it myself.

It's like 75 in NELA right now. What's the forecast for BR this weekend?
