This year, we should have the luxury of giving the best 15 or so players ABs in the beginning of the season and letting the lineup work itself out.
Right now, the locks to be in the lineup are:
Crews
Dugas
Berry
Morgan
Doughty
These guys will all be fighting for positions/ABs:
Thompson
Milazzo
McManus
Bianco
Merrifield
Gio
Drost
Joubert
Beloso
Pearson

D1baseball and LSUsports.net both say 99 and only 3 walks and then 3 HBP. That's what I was going off of.

He gives his opinion in a yearly thread that everybody enjoys. I'm sorry if the attention that receives bothers your fragile little ego.
I don't see Adam ever claiming to be more knowledgeable than anybody else on here. He does something that's become a tradition here, and is a nice lead up into baseball season. You, and a few others, decide to take that as gospel and try to create "gotcha" moments if stuff doesn't pan out exactly as he anticipates.
You apparently need to try to put other people down to boost yourself up. It's pretty pathetic.

Will anybody really challenge Thompson at SS? Think he may be in the lineup by default there for the most part. Not as a dig to him, just dont see another sure fire SS on the team who could really push him for that spot. Most of our other middle INF guys are more 2nd base types. I know they play Bianco almsot anywhere but not sure I see him pushing Thompson at SS necessarily.

Does anyone realistically think Berry is going to be 3B over Doughty? Surely, Berry can move to 2B with that terrible fielding %
