Some of these players won't be here next year and like the article says we might still add players. I suspect they will be pitchers if we do add but there was some rumor of another outfielder but that was before Gio came back.

Think Gio can make it through a season without an injury.
Better make sure we have an adequate backup.

If he is in P&G next season it will be as a backup

A Look at the LSU Baseball Position Depth Chart Following 2021 MLB Draft

With the most recent addition of Gavin Dugas to the roster, the Tigers have a chance to return its entire starting lineup from the 2021 season with some added star power coming along with new head coach Jay Johnson. As a result, the depth of this team across the field will be deep as Johnson and his new coaching staff sift through all of the many options they have to work with.

Infield: Tre Morgan, Cade Doughty, Jordan Thompson, Jacob Berry, Will Safford, Drew Bianco, Cade Beloso, Luke Leto, Connor Simon, Brennan Holt, Alex Milazzo, Tyler McManus

It’s time to cut losses with him

Gio is projected to be a pinch runner next year

Because he can’t hit and when he does it’s a soft grounded through the hole for a single. It wouldn’t surprise me if his slugging % is in the negatives

Tell me you have no clue what you are talking about, without saying you have no clue what you are talking about.

Bianca filled in nicely in CF.

I'm of the opinion if Drost comes around he may be the guy to put out there. He was just young last year, he isnt even 19 yet.

I'm a huge fan of him. I think he's going to have a great college career, and I hope it ends up being at LSU. I just have no clue where all these guys will play.

You must be new around here. This is not how it works though. You don't tell Adam who will, and will not be playing much. You wait for Adam to tell YOU, who will be playing.

Lol
No wonder your takes were so shitty this baseball season. You’re an Adam guy

Post his slugging % and his K’s per AB

Looks like they left off Jobert and Merrifield.
Gio can hit for average and hit a few over the wall. I think he can really benefit from these hitting coaches. I beleive he will play CF next year with Pearson backing him up.
Drost reminds me of Deichmann and if progresses like him, he will play plenty.
