how do you know that? If a teacher made a mistake that caused him to fail a class, how does he mess up?
the story is that Foster was doing fine in a class, for some reason a group project either didn't get turned in or the teacher never got it for some reason. If foster is not at fault, which seems to be the case, he won the appeal, why should he be left off the team?
It's kinda like being charged with a crime, being proved not-guilty but you still have to serve the prison sentence.
