Yeah I didn't mean you can just take any former player and have them be an upgrade. You can tell Charlie works hard, does his research, and does a good job of adding numbers/stats when needed. I just think the best color guys are the ones that have a better understanding and can explain the actual playing of the game.
I think the best combo would be Hanagriff sharpening up his PBP and getting a good color guy to pair with him.
